Japanese Souffle Pancake

yield: 3 pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. cake flour
  • 2 tbsp. milk (any fat percentage works)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
